1:1 COACHING

Building on many years of working with people in different settings, I’m currently training as a coach.

One of the things that resonates with me the most about coaching is its fundamentally non-hierarchical nature.

While coaches can be skilled in creating thoughtful spaces and asking good questions, they are not experts in their clients’ lives. The client is the expert in their own life, the coach is there to make space for insights and answers to emerge.

In this way, I’ve found many overlaps between coaching and my other favourite ways of working: peer-support, co-production, generous listening.

During my training, I’m offering a limited number of free and low-cost sessions.

These sessions are a space for you to slow down, explore something that matters to you (e.g. a decision, a feeling, a pattern, a question), and find clarity about next steps.

Sessions include:

• A 45-minute 1:1 conversation

• A calm, confidential, non-judgmental space

• Active listening and thoughtful questions

• Time to think, reflect, and untangle

You can book sessions directly via my coaching calendar*:

But I have a solution…

Some of my fellow trainees are also offering free or reduced cost sessions while they are in training. So I thought it would be nice to share their details :-)

You can arrange sessions directly with them via their coaching calendars and email addresses:
