They were all recorded at times and in places where I felt particularly calm :-) Simple, 19min nidra from the Western Highlands of Scotland 29 minute, fireside nidra from a shepherd's cottage in Oxfordshire 20 minute farewell nidra with a gong, for a group of people that I care about, in a noisy hospital.
